3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.3 Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising campaigns comply with all applicable laws, Meta's policies, and industry regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Pricing and Payment
bulk may operate on a subscription or usage-based model. Current pricing and plan details, if applicable, are listed on our website. Payment terms and methods will be specified during the subscription or signup process.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of access to the service. Access will be restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
5. Data Rights and Ownership
5.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of your campaign data, creative content, and business information. However, you grant Ziyanak a license to process, store, and use this data to provide the service.
5.2 Service Improvement Data
Ziyanak may use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze patterns and improve our services. This data cannot identify individual users or accounts and is used solely to enhance the platform for all users.
5.3 Data Upon Termination
Upon account termination, your personal data and campaign-specific information will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized data used for service improvement may be retained.
6. Service Availability and Limitations
6.1 Service Availability
bulk is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6.2 Third-Party Dependencies
The service depends on third-party APIs (Meta) and infrastructure providers (Supabase). Service interruptions may occur due to third-party issues beyond our control.
6.3 Maintenance and Updates
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the service. Users will be notified of planned maintenance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Ziyanak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- No liability for advertising campaign performance, results, or financial outcomes
- No liability for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures
- No liability for decisions made based on platform recommendations or insights
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (if applicable)
You acknowledge that advertising results depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, and campaign strategy.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in bulk, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to Ziyanak. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.
Users retain ownership of their original creative content but grant necessary licenses for service provision as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate accounts:
- Immediately: For illegal activities, API abuse, or violation of prohibited uses
- With notice: For non-payment, repeated policy violations, or other breaches
